How Mainlynk Works

One disciplined operating method across every Mainlynk service.

Each of Mainlynk's four services is separately contracted and independently delivered. All operate under the same governed institutional framework.

Six stages

From discovery to scale.

1

Discover

Identify the institutional need, risk, economics and strategic objective.

2

Design

Define the target model, product, provider, partner, economics and controls.

3

Activate

Contract, configure, staff, train, test and approve launch.

4

Operate

Run the channel, platform, partnership or advisory program under defined procedures.

5

Improve

Use performance data, incidents and feedback to refine results.

6

Scale

Expand products, providers, institutions and internal capacity after defined approval gates.

Growth Operating System

One framework. Four services. Every engagement.

The Growth Operating System is Mainlynk's cross-service delivery framework. It applies the same six-stage method whether the engagement is a channel activation, a platform build, a technology partnership, or an AI Evolution program. Each service is separately contracted and independently delivered — but all operate under the same governed institutional framework.

No service is conditioned on another. Each may be engaged independently.

Product schedule architecture

Product mechanics live in schedules, not in the governing document.

Mainlynk's governing agreements are product-neutral. Rates, fees, eligible geographies, credit parameters, and product-specific conduct rules are defined in product schedules that are executed separately from the master agreement. This architecture allows the governing framework to remain stable while product terms are updated, added, or retired without renegotiating the underlying agreement.

Governing agreement

Establishes the relationship, network rules, relationship protections, and conduct standards. Product-neutral.

Product schedules

Define rates, fees, eligible products, geographies, credit parameters, and product-specific rules. Executed separately.

Operating procedures

Define intake, workflow, reporting, and escalation requirements for each active product schedule.

The SBA 7(a) program is Mainlynk's first active product schedule. Additional product schedules are in development. Visitors should not infer that any product schedule other than SBA 7(a) is currently available.

Four services

Separately available. Separately contracted.
