General Role

Mainlynk is a professional-services, institutional-membership, provider-intelligence, certification and institutional-Network governance company. It is not a lender, borrower representative, borrower-facing marketplace, technology reseller or general systems integrator. Mainlynk does not underwrite, approve, decline, price, fund, service or collect loans.

Institutional Membership

Institutional Membership is annual and role-based, ordinarily billed monthly. Dues pay for the services stated in the applicable agreement and do not buy referrals, minimum volume, exclusivity, first look, assignment priority, provider certification, technology recommendation, Network routing or credit preference.

Member Advantage

A certified provider may voluntarily offer approved Member Advantage Commercial Terms directly to eligible members under an objective Member Commercial Schedule. The provider and member contract directly. Mainlynk does not resell the technology, hold the concession or receive a percentage of the member's provider spend. Member Advantage terms are not a lowest-price guarantee and do not determine certification, recommendation, routing or credit.

Technology Provider Certification

A Mainlynk certification is limited to the stated capability, use case, institutional context, evidence date and active term. It is not regulatory approval, legal advice, a cybersecurity audit, an accounting conclusion, a performance warranty or a guarantee of client fit or implementation success. Certification, Mainlynk Network Ready, Member Advantage Terms Available and Strategic Provider are separate statuses. A review fee cannot purchase certification, recommendation, Member Advantage status, routing priority or renewal.

Implementation Assurance

Mainlynk may review requirements, provider plans, acceptance criteria, material evidence, issues and readiness. The institution, technology provider or authorized implementation partner remains responsible for technical design, configuration, integrations, data conversion, testing, deployment, cutover, production support and operation. The institution retains vendor due diligence, contract approval, risk acceptance, production authorization, monitoring and termination responsibility.

Mainlynk Network

The Mainlynk Network is a governed institutional membership and relationship layer distinct from any technology provider's lender marketplace, software network or routing engine. Referring, Funding and Dual opportunity rights require the applicable readiness, agreements and Product or Program Schedule. Advisory Membership provides no active Network opportunity rights.

Relationship Protection

Relationship protections apply only as stated in executed agreements and Product or Program Schedules. They govern participant conduct, customer contact and data use; they do not guarantee customer ownership, retention, deposit retention or any relationship outcome.

AI Evolution

AI Evolution is a lending-work, workforce and governance advisory service. Mainlynk does not build, configure, independently validate, deploy, operate or support AI models, agents or software. The institution retains staffing, credit, fair-lending, privacy, model-risk, production-use, customer-treatment and regulatory accountability. Achieved-benefit claims require institution-validated production evidence.

SBA and Government-Guaranteed Lending

Any SBA or government-guaranteed lending activity is product- and role-specific and remains subject to current law, program rules, lender policy, required agreements and disclosures. Mainlynk does not represent that a website description activates an agent, packager, lender-service-provider or compensation role, and no approval or funding outcome is guaranteed.

Formation State

The website may describe target architecture before every commercial or operating element is active. Provider names, active certifications, Network participants, product availability, Member Advantage terms, discounts, savings and performance claims require current evidence, executed instruments where applicable and approved wording.
