OUR OPERATING METHOD
A Disciplined Path From Strategy to Execution.
Mainlynk uses a consistent six-stage method across its three practices. Engagements are tailored to the client's objectives. Clients retain decision authority throughout.
Engagement formats
Three Engagement Formats.
Mainlynk engagements are structured around three formats. Each is separately contracted and independently delivered.
01
Strategic Assessment
A focused evaluation of a specific business opportunity, operating challenge, or strategic decision. Produces a clear analysis of the situation, economics, options, and recommended path forward.
Scope and deliverables are defined at engagement.
02
Blueprint & Roadmap
A comprehensive business strategy, financial model, operating architecture, and implementation roadmap. Designed for institutions committing to a significant business initiative.
Not every engagement requires software implementation or ongoing operations management.
03
Ongoing Advisory
Continuing advisory support as the client implements, operates, and improves its business. Scope is defined by the engagement and may include performance review, organizational guidance, and strategic counsel.
Ongoing advisory does not include operational management of the client's business.
Six-stage method
One Consistent Method. Six Stages.
The same six-stage framework applies across Lending Platform Build, AI Evolution, and Financial Advisor Business Transition Advisory. Each engagement is tailored to the client's situation. Not every engagement requires all six stages.
Clients retain decision authority at every stage.
